INSTRUCTIONS TO SIGN UP AND CREATE AND EDIT YOUR LISTING

Simply Pay for your subscription and register to create your account and listing

While the system is intuitive, we suggest you read below first to become familiar with the system and how to use your login Web account.

* You may wish to print this page and keep a copy for your reference.*

1. Pay for your subscription;

2. Register and create your listing.

Here’s how:

After your payment is accepted, the screen will display a link where to register.

Click on the link to register:
    a. Provide a username and password. Your username and password can be anything you want it to be.  Your username is permanent but you can always revise your password anytime. If you ever change your password you will receive a confirming email with your new password.
    b. Fill in your information. First name, Last name, Certification number (enter number only, not # sign), your company name (if applicable, if not, enter a dash), your title, address, etc. When you register your name, it has to be exactly how it is listed in the CCIDC database or you may receive an error.  If you have a problem registering, please verify your name to see how it is listed in our database or refer to your CCIDC I.D. Card or Stamp.

    c. Type your name at the bottom of the page, then click Submit.
This process registers you in the system.

    d. You will then be taken to your Listing page where you can fill in your description and upload your photos.

To preview or post your listing, type your name at the bottom of the page, then click Submit.
This process puts your information into the system so you are able to preview it; it is also sent to CCIDC for review and publish at the same time.

After you click Submit, you may preview your listing.

If you are not ready to write your description or post photos, simply close your browser after you register. (see
    Note)

Not satisfied with how your listing looks? That’s okay, continue editing or adding photos. Each time you edit text or add a photo,
type your name at the bottom of the page, then click Submit to be able to preview your listing.

Your listing and all subsequent revisions will go online after CCIDC reviews and approves it. (Please allow up to 24 hours; but most revisions will be posted quicker than that).

“The Certified Interior Designer Pages”:
www.ccidc.org/listings/index.html

Note:  If you are not ready to write your description or post photos after you register, simply close your browser. Your contact information that you entered at registration will be posted in “The Pages” so consumers will find you by searching city, zip or by your name, but your description and photos won’t be on your listing yet. When you’re ready to write your description or post photos, simply login to your account.

Account login: You will receive an email with your login information. The email will be from info @ ccidc.org so be sure to add this to your accepted list of email addresses if you have an automated spam blocker. We suggest you print a copy of this email and keep in a safe place! It provides a link to your account and your username and password.

ABOUT YOUR PHOTOS

Your listing allows eight (8) digital photographs of your choice (design projects, your logo or a photograph of yourself).

Required format: only JPEG, PNG and GIF images are eligible to upload.
Preferred size: minimum 300 pixels wide.

All photos will be automatically resized in our system to a 300 pixels wide X 300 pixels high. If you upload smaller than 300 px wide photo, you may not like the results.

For best results, crop your photos before uploading to show the best elements in your picture.

For quicker uploading, we suggest you first resize your high-resolution photos to no larger than 500 pixels wide.  Some Internet Service Providers limit how many photos you can upload at once.   If you have problems, upload one photo at a time!

You may upload 8 photos all at once, if your total file size is manageable or several at a time.  You may delete or update your photos any time.

To preview your photos, you must first
type your name at the bottom of the page, then click Submit. (Please allow up to 24 hours for your photos to appear online)

ABOUT YOUR KEYWORD DESCRIPTION

Provide a brief bio of you and work. You may wish to mention your education, experience, fee structure or design approach. Be sure to include many "keywords" about your services to help consumers find your listing.

OK to use these HTML tags:
    bold:<b>text</b>
    italicized:<i>text</i>
    Paragraph:<p> text </p>
Line break: <br>   two line breaks <br><br>

ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT

After you register, you may login any time to change your photos or text. There is no limit to the number of revisions you can make during the time your subscription is active.

Listings are only for Certified Interior Designers who are current and in good standing with CCIDC. If you allow your certification to lapse, CCIDC reserves the right to “disable ” your listing until your certification is renewed.

Be sure to keep your e-mail address current on your listing. This will be the only way CCIDC can contact you through the system and for you to receive expiration notices when your listing is about to expire.

If you do not renew your listing by the day it expires it will automatically be “disabled” and go offline. It will, however, be kept in our database for an additional 12 months. If you do not renew your listing after 12 months, it may be deleted permananently and you would have to re-register and create a new listing.
