Pay first-time Certification Fees IDEX Registration, Application for Certification, Transfer and Retesting Fees Path #1 Applicants - Pay here for Path #1 Application & IDEX exam $525. fee includes IDEX Eligibility, Registration and Application for Certification Path #2 Applicants - Pay here for Path #2 Application & IDEX exam $525. fee includes IDEX Registration and Application for Certification International Testing Center Fee $250. For applicants who are taking the IDEX exam outside the USA. Pay International test center fee Pre Exam Window Transfer Fee $75. for applicants who are transfering to another IDEX exam window before the ‘current’ exam commences. Pay transfer fee. Exam Window Transfer Fee $150. For applicants who are transferring to another IDEX exam window after the ‘current’ exam window has commenced. Pay transfer fee.
