Notice on Freeway Closure and the CCIDC Board Meeting
The Saturday May 5 Annual Board meeting
will still be held in Oakland as
The Waterfront Plaza Hotel is south of the freeway closure.
As you are
probably aware, there was an accident in which a tanker truck carrying gasoline crashed and exploded on a portion of freeway that connects Interstate 80 to southbound Interstate 880. It destroyed two major segments
of the MacArthur Maze. The crash melted an overhead connector to Interstate 580, causing it to collapse. Both areas of those freeways are closed until further notice from the Calif. Dept. of Transportation
(Caltrans).

Annual CCIDC Board Meeting + FREE CEU ~ Oakland, CA

1:00 p.m. - We will present a Free 0.2 CEU on "Business & Ethics for Interior Designers".
While we would like to see you at our annual board meeting, it is not mandatory in order to attend our free CEU.
