The outline below will generally apply to nonstructural, nonseismic drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Please be aware that specialized types of projects may require additional drawings, specifications and/or information.

Applicable codes should always be referenced including,  but not limited to, the Uniform Building Code (UBC), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the State of California Title 24.
