You specifically agree and understand that Certified Interior Designers create their own profiles on this web site and CCIDC cannot and is not responsible for the content of such profiles, the claimed fields of specialization of a particular Certified Interior Designer, or other information alleged in such profiles.
You may contact CCIDC directly, or utilize this web site, to verify whether a particular Certified Interior Designer's certification with CCIDC is current and in good standing, and to determine whether there is any current or past disciplinary proceedings against a particular Certified Interior Designer to the extent CCIDC's rules and policies permit.
You assume total responsibility and risk for any contracts, agreements or obligations you enter into by and between a particular Certified Interior Designer, and CCIDC does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation qualification or fitness of a particular Certified Interior Designer) with regard to the business activities, business practices, and conduct of a particular Certified Interior Designer. CCIDC is merely an interior designer certification organization in accordance with Section 5800 et. seq. of the California Business and Professions Code. It is solely the responsibility of the customer or client to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information relating and pertaining to a Certified Interior Designer and such Certified Interior Designer's services provided to said client or customer.
