APPLICATION AND PROCESSING FEE

For Use By:

• Individuals applying for Certification. This application fee is non-refundable and is to accompany a completed Application Package for the CCIDC office to process. Upon receipt of notification that your application has been approved,  a $250.00 fee will be due and payable for your initial two-year certification.

Please be sure you meet the requirements for Certification before you apply and pay this fee.
