What is in the CCIDC Application Package?
|

The Application Package is available on-line or you can request that CCIDC
mail it to you. Before filing your application for Certification, please be sure that you meet CCIDC’s requirements.

The application package contains the following forms:
- Instruction Sheet for Certification Application
- Application with signed Declaration
- Professional Membership Documentation
- Various Proof of Passage Examination Verification as follows
- NCIDQ and CCRE Examination Verification
- CQRID and CCRE Examination Verification
- NKBA and CCRE Examination Verification

In addition to the above documentation, you will need to provide:
- Proof of Education
- Proof of diversified Interior Design Experience
- Photo copy of drivers license
- Credit card payment or check payable to CCIDC in the amount of $150.00 which covers the one-time nonrefundable application and processing fee. Upon receipt of notification that your application has been approved, a $250.00 fee will be due and payable for the initial two-year certification. There will be a $15.00 charge for returned checks and for declined Visa/Mastercard.
